| Special Conditions: | The bids will be evaluated on the basis of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act No.5, 2000), and the amended regulations pertaining thereto (2022), as well as the Ntinga OR Tambo Development Agency SOC Ltd Supply Chain Management policy 80/20 preference point system will be used as per the NORTDA SCM policy. – the received bids for all the above listed projects will be evaluated first on stage 1 called functionality and a minimum of 70% out of 100 % need to be scored (the criteria is detailed in the bid document), and thereafter bids will be evaluated on stage 2 called Price and Specific Goals detailed on the bid document. |
