2. All price quotations that have a rand value of R30,000-00 to R1 000 00 including VAT, will be evaluated by applying the 80/20 principle as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000 and its Regulations. The lowest acceptable price will score
